Item was shown "in stock ships in 3-5 business days." Two weeks later, and only after multiple emails, they tell me it just shipped today from Italy, so another 4 weeks. Zero stars, baby.

I bought a few items that were backordered, and moved houses in the interim. When the items were shipped to my old address, Burke took them back with no question and shipped them out to my new place without no additional charge or hassle on my end. The customer service was top-notch, and I'll definitely be shopping with them again!

I purchased a gorgeous end table from Burke decor and it shipped quickly and was just as gorgeous in person as it was on the website. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Burke decor is amazing. I ordered some kitchen items in brushed gold and they are beautiful. Also shipping is crazy fast.

First order, took over 8mons to get the item. I had to return one of the items, took 2months for $ refund; But, They claimed because of Pandemic. So, i gave them another try; This time, took about 2-3 months for a chair. Once, received did not like the workmanship, the cowhide leather is shedding to the touch. So, I have to call for the return (you can't do online), then have to wait for the form to be sent to me; i have to complete this form and email back. Then, i have to wait for the approval, once they approved it; have to wait for the warehouse to send me the airbill. Then, i have to drag a big box to drop off at fedex. After a month, no refund; no confirmation of receiving the return. I have to make Another phone call to ask for the status of my refund, They finally refund after 2-3 months. At the end, i lost over $150 for shipping cost plus %5 restocking fee for a $350 chair. No more shopping form this seller.

I ordered a lamp on the burke deco website in January but still haven't received it. I mailed a complaint a month ago and only got an automated message. no one else ever contacted me. I live in Peru and I feel really ripped off. They took my money without giving me the product or a solution

I found exactly what I was looking for at Designer Rug / Burke Decor- the candles I’d been searching high and low for. Their price was competitive and the service was outstanding. Highly recommended!
